A 13-year-old girl who tragically lost her life in a buggy accident during a family gathering has been identified as Charlee Neveen. The incident, which also claimed the life of a 47-year-old man, occurred when their off-road buggy overturned on a property in Tubbut, north-east Victoria, late Saturday night, just before 11 p.m.

Charlee’s father, another 47-year-old man, sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene, while a 12-year-old boy was transported to Bega Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The buggy, typically used for farm work, overturned during what was meant to be a joyful family event.
