Tiffany Mitchell, Foye’s granddaughter, told The Post that when she initially called to check on her grandmother, the aide claimed everything was fine. However, upon calling again, Mitchell was horrified to overhear Aborisade allegedly screaming profanities in the background.

Legal Action and Charges Against the Home Health Aide

Aborisade, who had been hired by Medflyt at Home, a Brooklyn-based home healthcare service, allegedly threw water and garbage around the apartment before fleeing the scene, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

Dorothy Foye, who had once worked as a home health aide herself, was left bruised, sore, and deeply shaken by the incident, her family shared with The Post. The attack not only caused physical harm but left Foye emotionally traumatized.
