Long Island police are on the lookout for a 23-year-old man accused of fatally stabbing his father in their family home.
According to Suffolk County authorities, Matthew Zoll allegedly took the life of his 61-year-old father, Joseph Zoll, in the early hours of Saturday. Police have yet to determine a motive behind the tragic incident. Officers responded to a 911 call reporting a stabbing at the family’s residence in Rocky Point around 1:25 a.m., Suffolk County officials reported.

Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Matthew Zoll, Suspect in Rocky Point Fatal Stabbing
Authorities have provided a description of Matthew Zoll, a 23-year-old suspect wanted in connection with the fatal stabbing of his father in Rocky Point. Zoll is described as a white male, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a distinctive small scar under his left eye, police noted.
